With more than 80 placements undertaken with Kindred Living each year, 30% of our new employees come from student placements.
Student or work experience placements are arranged as part of a recognised program or course of study and may include:
- Secondary school work experience programs, including community service programs (eg. High School students over the age of 16).
- Registered Training Organisation work experience programs or compulsory work placement (eg. TAFE)
- University compulsory work placement component
As a student undertaking student or work experience, you will participate in an orientation process and complete a Student Induction Checklist. Upon the completion of your work experience placement you will have the opportunity to provide feedback on your experience. This supports us in ensuring we are providing a program that is effective, memorable, reflects our values and meets the student needs.
