All of our facilities are fully accredited by the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency, who conduct announced and unannounced audits of our residential care facilities regularly.
An independent organisation established by the Commonwealth Government, the Agency sets the benchmark for how Kindred Living operates and the quality of care provided to its residents. Quality standards are in areas such as management systems, health & personal care, resident lifestyle and physical environment and safe systems.

Accreditation is an internationally recognised evaluation process used to assess the quality of care and services provided in residential aged care. Accreditation has been rapidly adopted by health and aged care services worldwide as part of a safety and quality framework. All aged care homes must meet all of the standards to continue to receive Commonwealth Government funding.
